1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

12:00 AM (MST) – Mountain Standard Time


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days from the order date

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

For large or heavy items, a freight carrier may be used. In such cases, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.


6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates typically become active within 24–48 hours.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Refuse the delivery if possible
  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide clear photos of the damage

We will review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
